How To Go There


Bali is an Indonesian island located in the westernmost end of the Lesser Sunda Islands, lying between Java to the west and Lombok to the east. Its provincial capital is Denpasar.

Majority of Bali's population adheres to Balinese Hinduism Hindu Dharma.

Balinese and Indonesian are the most widely spoken languages in Bali. English is a common third language (and the primary foreign language) of many Balinese.



You are required to have a visa to enter Indonesia, obtained either beforehand or on arrival. You need to check with your embassy whether your country is on the list to obtain visa on arrival. International passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. A Visa-On-Arrival (VOA) for Indonesia is required for some nationalities.

Tourist passport holders traveling for private purposes may apply for a 30-day visitor visa on arrival at the airports in Bali.

When you enter Bali, you must have two blank passport pages in your passport.



Direct flights to Bali are available mostly from cities in Asia and Pacific countries. Direct flights to Bali are available from most cities in Asia. Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur are among the major cities that offer a direct connection to Bali.



We encourage runners and supporters to use shuttle bus facility to avoid traffic jam.

The Organizer will provide transportation facility to race venue. Buses will be provided for runners on early Sunday morning.

Transportation will also be provided back to the same pick up point after the race. We are looking at having buses available at 9:30, 12:30 and 15:00 local time.

Transportation to the race venue is free to all entrants, after you register your transportation method in the registration for you and your family. Please log-in to your registration account to choose or change your bus pick-up point. The Organizer allows runners to decide their bus pick-up point up to 1 September 2014.

Runners will not be allowed on the bus if they haven't booked online. One note if you choose transportation for your family - don't include yourself in that number for the 6:00 am bus.

Departure location will be at Nusa Dua, Kuta, Denpasar, Ubud, and Sanur.

Taking into consideration the early departing times and five different departing points, these transportation services will ensure that race participants are able to get to start points ahead of time to prepare for their race.

Bus pick-up points and departure time could be changed if the Organizer think it is necessary. Please get confirmation on this subject during race kit collection.



The bus for family members will leave at 6:00 am from the same locations for family members registered to ride the bus. Tickets for their bus will also be handed out with the runner's race number.
